  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship throughout India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days after processing (available at checkout for select locations)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, especially for remote areas.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹299
  • Orders below ₹299: Flat shipping charge of ₹50
  • Express shipping: Additional ₹100 (available at checkout)

4. International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.

  • International shipping typically takes 7-15 business days after processing, depending on the destination country.
  • International shipping rates vary based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the package.
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order by:

  • Using the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email
  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history

6. Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery issues such as damaged packages, missing items, or significant delays:

  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue
  • Include photos of damaged packages or products if applicable

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Contact us immediately through our contact page
  • We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been shipped
