Return & Refund Policy

At Cosmetics Bazaar, we believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy...

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for return/exchange regardless of the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or had their seals broken
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service through our contact page within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the products.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  5. Ship the return package using the shipping method advised by our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs will be covered by Cosmetics Bazaar.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund:

  • Follow the same process as for returns, but specify that you want an exchange.
  • Indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange.
  • If the exchange item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
